Out of the city without driving far
Twenty minutes from Amsterdam, Hilversum and Utrecht
Vreeland is about twenty minutes by car from Amsterdam, Hilversum and Utrecht, and parking in the village is free.
The shortest way out of the city without making a journey of it: take the N201, and twenty minutes later you are standing in a thirteenth century village on the Vecht.
There is plenty of public parking in the village and it is free. There is most room on the west side, before the bridge over the Vecht. There are 22 extra spaces at the Sperwerveld, a 200 metre walk.
If you would rather not drive: bus 522 runs to Vreeland from Weesp, Nigtevecht and Loenen.
