Vegan batter works on any pancake. Choose a filling without animal products and we will think along with you.
The pancake itself is quickly made with vegan batter. For the filling we look at the menu together: apple, raisins, ginger, banana and Nutella are already on it, and fresh strawberries in summer.
For something savoury we can often do grilled vegetables. Ask when you order; what the kitchen has in that day decides what is possible.
