Gluten free pancakes
Every pancake on our menu can be made with gluten free batter. That holds in both restaurants, for the whole menu, the children’s menu included.
We do not bake a single gluten free variant, we change the batter. That means you can simply choose: the Bishop’s Choice, the goat cheese pancake, plain with syrup and sugar, whatever you like.
The same goes for lactose free and vegan batter. We will also bake without milk or without egg if you prefer.
We work in a kitchen that also handles gluten. Tell us about your allergy when you order and we will take account of it and tell you honestly what is and is not possible.
